Abstract

Depuis sa première reconnaissance internationale avec la norme ISO 26000 en 2010, la RSE, ou responsabilité sociétale des entreprises, s'est complexifiée. Il existe désormais de nombreuses déclinaisons, notamment sur l'ensemble des fonctions clés de l'entreprise et auprès d'une variété d'acteurs (hôpitaux, administrations, associations, universités…). Cet ouvrage permet aux étudiants, aux enseignants et aux professionnels de revenir aux sources historiques et culturelles de la RSE, tout en détaillant les approches fonctionnelles dans les domaines clés comme la stratégie, la finance, le contrôle de gestion et la comptabilité, la gestion des ressources humaines et le coaching, le marketing et la communication ou encore les achats. Vous y retrouverez une synthèse de la littérature académique, l'intégration de l'actualité juridico-économique et les clés de lecture du déploiement et de la mise en oeuvre d'une politique RSE à succès. Enfin, une partie est consacrée à une approche critique, permettant de mieux identifier les limites et perspectives d'avenir de la RSE.
