Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) dans les PME repose sur un engagement sociétal des dirigeants visant une performance globale inspirée des réflexions du CJD© (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants). Dans un environnement volatile, incertain, complexe et ambigu, la RSE fait l'objet d'une attention accrue et soulève de nombreuses questions autour de la nécessité de revisiter cette notion. Des approches variées sont pourtant mobilisées depuis une vingtaine d'années allant de stratégies croisant dimensions sociale et environnementale au service d'une innovation durable, à d'autres centrées sur des thématiques comme la diversité ou des situations entrepreneuriales comme la reprise/transmission. Ce séminaire vise à présenter des focus spécifiques sur (1) les labels RSE pour les PME et (2) la transition numérique dans le contexte de la crise de la Covid-19 afin d'éclairer quelques débats actuels sur la RSE."
