Abstract

Véritable enjeu de compétitivité pour les organisations, la transformation numérique impose aux entreprises de s'adapter aux changements disruptifs profonds en cours en utilisant les compétences digitales pour créer de nouveaux modèles économiques, produits et services. Dans cette aventure, les PME-PMI manufacturières sont parfois démunies en dépit d'une offre d'accompagnement en fort développement. Nous proposons d'ouvrir la boîte noire de la transformation numérique souvent synonyme d'anxiété dans de nombreuses entreprises, notamment en termes d'emplois et de compétences. L'étude d'une PME française spécialisée dans le packaging plastique sert de fil directeur à notre intervention centrée sur les défis de cette mutation en profondeur sur les humains. Partant du principe que "tout est à inventer", la DRH de l'entreprise a d'abord procédé "à tâtons" pour identifier les défis de la transformation numérique, avant de prendre conscience de la nécessité de solliciter un accompagnement extérieur indispensable à la structuration du projet d'entreprise. Parallèlement à la création d'un observatoire interne réunissant des représentants du personnel, elle s'est fortement impliquée dans un programme piloté par l'ANACT sur la place de l'Humain dans l'industrie 4.0, baptisé "Industrie 4.h".
