Dirigeants de structures d'insertion, un profil atypique ?

Abstract

L'insertion de personnes en difficulté par l'activité économique suppose l'existence d'équipes de professionnels. Etre dirigeant d'une structure d'insertion par l'activité économique suppose d'être capable de gérer les paradoxes de l'insertion de personnes en difficulté en lien avec les exigences du monde économique. Nous tenterons dans un premier temps de définir le profil du dirigeant pour ensuite proposer un type de professionnalisation de ceux-ci.
