Abstract

Ce billet de blog, signé Patrick Aubert et Carole Bonne, propose une réflexion sur des évolutions envisageables des droits familiaux de retraite, afin de contribuer aux travaux actuels du Conseil d'orientation des retraites sur ce sujet , et dans l'optique de l'objectif entré dans la loi lors de la dernière réforme de suppression des écarts femmes-hommes de retraite à l'horizon 2050. Avant de formuler toute modalité opérationnelle de réforme, les auteurs estiment indispensable de trancher (enfin) plusieurs questions structurantes : •Veut-on avant tout corriger l'impact des enfants sur les carrières, ou faut-il conserver aussi un objectif nataliste ? •Avoir eu des enfants justifie-t-il de bénéficier d'un départ anticipé à la retraite ? •Au-delà des années d'éducation des enfants, souhaite-on compenser également les impacts à long terme sur les carrières ? •Enfin, la compensation doit-elle être plus forte pour les bas niveaux de rémunération, ou doit-elle être similaire à tous les niveaux ?
