L'enseignement de la micro-économétrie. Quels atouts? Quelles difficultés?

Abstract

La microéconométrie a connu un essor tout à fait considérable au cours des vingt dernières années. Cet essor, qui dépasse largement les frontières du monde académique, s'explique avant tout par la disponibilité et la diffusion croissantes de bases de données microéconomiques. Mais le progrès des méthodes économétriques, celui des moyens de calcul et des logiciels ont également joué un rôle important dans cette évolution. Pour autant, les modalités d'enseignement de cette discipline n'ont pas évolué autant que ces changements « technologiques » le permettraient. Nous suggérons des pistes d'adaptation de nos pratiques pédagogiques visant à essayer d'améliorer l'efficacité et la pertinence de notre enseignement dans ce domaine.
