Abstract

La progression du nombre de familles monoparentales et la grande modestie de leurs revenus conduisent à revoir le statut des soutiens financiers qui leur sont apportés, qu'ils soient privés (CEEE) ou publics (prestations dédiées et dépenses fiscales). La définition du montant de son montant et la cohérence de sa prise en compte dans le calcul des transferts socio-fiscaux sont au cœur du débat public. Mais l'amélioration du soutien aux familles monoparentales sans CEEE ainsi qu'aux débiteurs de CEEE les plus modestes sont également des enjeux majeurs.
