Abstract

Lors de l'entrée sur le marché du travail, le recrutement sur des compétences mobilisant des critères individuels et subjectifs ne reste-t-il pas avant tout filtré par le diplôme ? Quel peut-être alors le rôle des politiques de l'emploi en faveur des jeunes ? Impulsent-elles une variation du jugement ou un mode d'appréciation des compétences plus ouvert à des personnes en difficulté sur le marché du travail ?
