Abstract

" Objective - This article emphasizes the importance of conflict resolution through a cultural values approach in the era of globalization. Methodology/Technique - Local wisdom-based conflict resolution highlights the significance of utilizing existing societal values, norms, and practices to resolve disputes. Finding - Local wisdom encompasses a deep understanding of the social, cultural, and environmental context influencing each conflict.
