Abstract

Es muy probable que el TLC, en caso de entrar en vigencia, se convierta en un importante motor de crecimiento para la economía peruana. Sin embargo, existen segmentos de la población que podrían verse afectados negativamente. Asegurar que la política pública enfrente estas vulnerabilidades y genere un proceso de ampliación de oportunidades es indispensable para garantizar un proceso de desarrollo más equitativo.
