Abstract

Dinamizar el sector agrario pasa por encontrar mecanismos que hagan viables las unidades productivas de menor tamaño en un entorno de mercados globalizados y crecientemente competitivos. Esto supone incorporar en ellas un manejo gerencial moderno y reducir los costos de transacción, tareas en las que el Estado puede y debe jugar un papel importante.
