Abstract

El benchmark es el principal mecanismo utilizado en el Perú para regular los precios de interconexión: ¿Una buena alternativa para determinar los costos de interconexión telefónica? Dada la importancia del precio de interconexión en los niveles de inversión de las empresas de telefonía y en el bienestar del consumidor final, el regulador debe ser cuidadoso en la metodología usada para el cálculo adecuado de dicho precio.Classification-JEL:
