Abstract

Una de las principales reformas efectuadas durante la administración Fujimori fue la que se llevó a cabo en el sector telecomunicaciones en el marco de la política de privatizaciones. En un nuevo contexto político y con renovadas expectativas ciudadanas, es importante hacer una evaluación fría y detallada de los efectos de esta reforma, a fin de preservar y consolidar los logros alcanzados, pero también para afrontar los retos pendientes de la manera más inteligente y efectiva.
