Coordination du travail de groupe: le role de l'administrateur de documents

Abstract

Parmi les nouveaux problemes poses par l'utilisation des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC) dans l'organisation, se trouve celui de la coordination des groupes de travail utilisant des outils de Groupware. Plus precisement, nous nous proposons d'etudier la question de la gestion des mises a jour concurrentielles de documents de portee collective. Nous mettons alors en lumiere le role que peut jouer un administrateur de documents. Afin de verifier la pertinence de notre approche et d'etudier en profondeur la fonction d'administrateur de documents nous suivrons une demarche principalement quantitative. Nous mettons ainsi, sur un serveur Web, un questionnaire afin d'etudier concretement les processus de gestion des mises a jour concurrentes de documents mis en oeuvre en entreprise.
