Abstract

Ce cahier de recherche traite de la logistique dans le choix et la mise en oeuvre d'un type particulier de cooperation interentreprises: les structures de reseau. Bien que leur legitimation ne soit plus a faire, la question de leur mise en oeuvre de leurs effets demeure. Aussi, face a cet etat de fait, l'objectif de ce cahier de recherche est-il de presenter et d'approfondir des pistes de reflexion, ainsi que de suggerer une grille d'analyse, sur la place, la maitrise et les effets de la logistique dans l'administration generale des structures de reseau. De multiples lectures (francaises et anglo-saxonnes) relatives a cette problematique, l'analyse de travaux empiriques et les premices d'un modele, fonde sur le rapprochement des notions de competitivite et de structures en reseau, constituent le cadre de ce travail de recherche.
