Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de situer la problematique des competences au sein des theories de la firme. En focalisant sur la theorie neo-institutionnelle et la theorie evolutionniste de la firme, il s'attache a montrer que l'economie des competences est une synthese de ces deux corpus, principalement quand on s'attaque a certaines questions comme l'innovation et l'apprentissage organisationnels.
