Sequencing, Lot Sizing and Scheduling of Several Products in Job Shops: the Common Cycle Approach

Abstract

Cet article etudie le probleme de preparation d'un calendrier de production sur un horizon fini pour plusieurs produits dont la demande est statique; et ce, dans l'environnement de production multi-etapes d'un atelier multi-gammes. L'objectif poursuivi consiste a minimiser les couts de mise en route de la production, les couts d'inventaire des produits en cours de fabrication et les couts d'inventaire des produits finis. On suppose alors un cycle commun pour tous les produits et on determine le cycle commun de telle sorte que la longeur de l'horizon de planification soit un multiple entier de ce cycle. Pour les problemes de moyenne ou grande taille, on propose un algorithme de recuit simule et un algorithme de recherche tabou.
