Abstract

Les communes francaises encourent potentiellement un risque de taux d'interet. Les fluctuations de taux s'averent pour le maire, a la fois une menace et une oppportunite. Fruit de l'environnement macro-economique, le risque en question est ici apprehende au budget municipal.
