L'organisation europeenne des ventes a l'horizon 2003

Abstract

La recherche presentee ici a pour origine une investigation sur le terrain qui s'est deroulee en 1997 et 1998 et qui avait pour but de comprendre les bouleversements que la globalisation et l'arrivee de l'Euro allaient apporter au sein des entreprises et dans leurs relations de marche. La presente etude a ensuite concentre les interrogations d'une vingtaine de dirigeants d'entreprises d'envergure mondiale: au cours d'une journee, leurs opinions, dialogues, affirmations et interrogations ont ete recueillis, puis analyses en vue de proposer un discours prospectif structure. Ce document decrit la methode utilisee ainsi que les principaux resultats de recherche. Il se conclut par un agenda des recherches futures.
