Abstract

dans un context de mondialisation de l'economie, le developpement local et le retour aux terroirs suscitent un regain d'interet. L'attrait des consommateurs pour les produits de qualite ou les produits typiques amene les entreprises a revoir les fondements et leur modele de production.
