Abstract

L'objectif general de la presente etude vise a repondre aux questions suivantes: (1) quels sont les facteurs generaux et particuliers qui ont alimente le mouvement de restructuration parmi les entreprises canadiennes? (2) Quel le model general de restructuration dans les societes canadienne? Quelles sont les diverses formes de restructuration observees dans les industries canadiennes? Pourquoi la restructuration a-t-elle reussi dans certaines entreprises? Les entreprises canadiennes peuvent-elles tirer des lecons de cette experiences? Quels sont les effets de la restructuration sur la rentabilite, la productivite et l'emploi des entreprises?
