Les caracteristiques d'une recession avec un fort pouvoir des actionnaires

Abstract

Le poids des actionnaires dans les decisions des entreprises s'est beaucoup accru au detriment de celui des syndicats. Si une recession survient, les entreprises essaieront de maintenir leur profitabilite. Nous utilisons un modele WS-PS de formation des salaires et de l'emploi, avec concurrence monopolistique et negociations salariales, pour evaluer de quelle maniere les caracteristiques d'une recession sont modifiees par cette hausse du poids des actionnaires.
