Qualites environnementales et localisation des services aux entreprises

Abstract

Les auteurs analyseront dans une premiere partie les differents facteurs de localisation des services aux entreprises, en insistant plus particulierement sur le role de la main-d'oeuvre dans ce processus. Puis, grace a une double enquete d'etablissements realisee dans les metropoles de Bordeaux et de Marseille, les auteurs montreront l'importance respective des facteurs de localisation et comment les besoins en main-d'oeuvre qualifiee des services superieurs se traduisent en realite par des besoins de bonnes conditions environnementales.
