Abstract

Este documento se estructura de la siguiente manera. La primera sección describe las preocupaciones que motivan esta propuesta en un contexto histórico amplio de éxitos y fracasos asociados al desarrollo financiero rural. La siguiente sección es metodológica. Presenta diferentes niveles de análisis que deberían abordarse y y discute cómo hacerlo. Finalmente, el documento sugiere unas ideas para la continuación de la propuesta de diálogo y análisis de políticas.
