Processus stratégiques : des éléments clés pour comprendre l'après fusion : le cas de Sanofi Aventis

Abstract

L’objectif de cet article est d’obtenir une meilleure compréhension de l’après fusion Sanofi Aventis en 2004. L’étude de cas Sanofi Aventis présentée est centrée sur les processus après-fusion. Nous avons choisi de mener une étude de type longitudinale pour comprendre les processus stratégiques d’allocations de ressources déployés dans le temps par le laboratoire pharmaceutique. Une recherche de ce type aboutit à reconstruire une histoire dans le temps et permet de décrire et d’expliquer les événements qui se déroulent. Nous nous sommes intéressés plus particulièrement à l’analyse des processus stratégiques comme nous y invite la littérature sur les processus.
