Le projet d'établissement a l'hôpital, ses effets sur les cadres intermédiaires infirmiers

Abstract

Cet article se donne pour objectif d’étudier l’emploi de cadre infirmier et plus précisément de suivre l’évolution de cet emploi, en parallèle avec les transformations hospitalières. Un bilan de l’évolution des hôpitaux exposés à l’influence de l’économie et à l’évolution des textes législatifs est fait. Les nouveaux enjeux auxquels sont soumis les établissements de santé sont mis en évidence ainsi que les incidences sur la gestion hospitalière. L'élaboration du projet d'établissement est alors présentée comme la concrétisation d'une indispensable réflexion stratégique. Les changements technologiques, économiques, socioculturels et juridiques stimulent l'Hôpital et vont interpeller ses valeurs, ses missions et les métiers de ses professionnels, induisant inévitablement des changements sur les emplois, notamment sur celui de cadre infirmier. Une étude de cas, réalisée dans un CHU, sert de support à la discussion tout au long de ce travail.
