Abstract

Nota sobre el proyecto de nueva ley del cupo que se está tramitando actualmente en el Congreso. Esta ley cuantifica la aportación de las haciendas forales vascas al Estado en el año base del quinquenio 2017-21 y fija los parámetros para el reparto de la recaudación del IVA entre ambas administraciones en base al consumo.
