Abstract

En esta edición del OTMT, analizamos la evolución del mercado de trabajo con la información disponible hasta el último trimestre de 2024. El informe consta de cuatro partes. En la primera se hace un balance de la evolución de los principales indicadores agregados. En la segunda parte del informe se analiza la evolución reciente del mercado de trabajo y, en especial, los efectos de la última reforma laboral (RL-2021) desde la perspectiva de los flujos y la rotación laboral. La tercera parte se centra en las competencias verdes, qué son, quién las tiene y si son necesarias. Finalmente, en la cuarta parte, se aborda el tema de las diferencias de género en empleo y actividad en edades avanzadas y en las pensiones.
