Abstract

La implantación de la ley de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información Pública y Buen Gobierno (LTAIBG, Ley 19/2013) en diciembre de 2013 supuso un cambio fundamental en la concepción del acceso de los ciudadanos a la información pública1 y en su regulación. En algunos aspectos, el progreso de España en materia de transparencia en estos diez años ha sido muy llamativo: una sociedad que era desconocedora de su derecho de acceso a la información, ha ido generando una importante sensibilidad acerca de este derecho.
