Abstract

El pasado 31 de julio el Gobierno ha firmado con las organizaciones empresariales CEOE y CEPYME y las organizaciones sindicales CCOO y UGT un acuerdo Para la mejora de la compatibilidad de la pensión de jubilación con el trabajo, para la regulación de un nuevo procedimiento de acceso a la pensión con elevada peligrosidad y para el mayor aprovechamiento de los recursos de las Mutuas Colaboradoras con el fin de recuperar la salud de las personas trabajadoras- El texto afecta a cuatro ámbitos distintos de actuación: acceso a la jubilación después de la edad ordinaria, jubilación anticipada, periodo de carencia de los trabajadores fijos discontinuos e incapacidad temporal.
