Economic Crisis Effects On The Labour Market

Abstract

Guidelines for the policy in the field of employment in the EU member states highlights the need for interaction between the policies in the field of employment, social services, social protection and tax systems, with a view to of mobilizations, in equal measure, For persons with fewer chances of access to the labour market and which are fit to work. However, the level of poverty and the long-term unemployment has not fallen significantly. Negative indicators confirmation of the occurrence of any new social risks related to changes in our societies. Despite progress made, national policies have not always been good correct answer to increasing complexity of multiple disadvantages vulnerable to persons with fewer chances of access to the labour market. In the work I have attempted an analysis of the labour market at European Union level, as well as the way in which current economic crisis has affected development and application European policies in the field of employment.
