Abstract

The Companies Bill, 2009 was introduced on August 3rd 2009. The Standing Committee presented its report on August 31st 2010. The central government withdrew this Bill in the winter session of 2011. It re-introduced the Companies Bill 2011 on December 2nd 2011. Four tables are presented to help the Standing Committee on Finance in examining this Bill. [PRS].
