Abstract

In the world, there are three models that inspire administration of juvenile justice: • The Welfare Model • The Justice Model or Control model - Retributive • The Restorative Model The age of criminal responsibility and treatment of juveniles thus varies under the different models adopted by various countries. The table below presents some insights from 32 countries. [HAQ CRC]
