Abstract

This paper addresses a fundamental problem of communication how to effectively talk about an issue. The paper emphasizes the interconnectedness, interdependence, and shared values that are the connective tissue of our society while working to advance economic and social opportunity and reduce inequality. To accelerate progress in eliminating structural inequalities it is necessary to talk more effectively about structures and offer tangible solutions for transforming them.
