Abstract

This report aims to support ASEAN policymakers and regulatory bodies by examining MRAs signed in other regions to see how well they have functioned on the ground. It focuses on the following issues: Different routes to mutual recognition, Progress and challenges in MRA implementation, Lessons for the ASEAN region.
