Abstract

Le analisi presentate nel Quaderno evidenziano che il Paese arriva all'appuntamento con il federalismo ereditando un divario geografico particolarmente pronunciato in termini di sviluppo economico. Alla vigilia delle riforma federalista, l'indice di dipendenza strutturale per area geografica (persone in età inattiva in percentuale di quelle in età attiva), corretto per tener conto dell'occupazione e della produttività, si presta a dare informazioni importanti sulle diverse proporzioni che nel Paese si realizzeranno tra individui non occupati (in età non attiva, divenuti inattivi, disoccupati) e individui effettivamente occupati e generatori di risorse.
