Abstract

La presente nota dapprima descrive lo status quo della normativa regolante ricongiunzioni e totalizzazioni; successivamente, si evidenzia come, mentre il criterio di calcolo retributivo della pensione è inadatto a trattare con semplicità e trasparenza le situazioni di mobilità lavorativa e cambiamento di gestione di iscrizione, quello contributivo, invece, possiede alcune proprietà positive, che gli permettono tout court di preservare la naturale continuità della vita lavorativa e contributiva. La linearità del criterio di calcolo contributivo conduce persino a sovrapporre e rendere coincidenti gli istituti della ricongiunzione e della totalizzazione
