Políticas de conciliación familia-trabajo en empresas familiares españolas

Abstract

Algunas empresas están implementando políticas que ayuden a la conciliación entre la vida laboral y familiar como una estrategia para mantener el talento y favorecer el compromiso. Entre estas políticas podemos destacar la flexibilidad de horario, la reducción de jornada, el teletrabajo y las prestaciones monetarias. El presente estudio analiza los datos de 122 empresas familiares españolas. Los resultados del estudio revelan que factores estructurales, demográficos y culturales determinan la adopción de políticas de conciliación. Estos resultados se discuten en relación a su contribución a la teoría y a su relevancia práctica.
