Abstract

In the Netherlands, the political discussion on administrative burdens is still ongoing. To generate a more scientific background on this topic, in January 2003 a PhD thesis was published, titled 'Dancing with the Octopus; information obligations of enterprises in the social constitutional state from a public administration point of view'.
