Abstract

Analiza las características de los diversos mecanismos que conforman el sistema de promoción a las exportaciones industriales en su conjunto, la dinámica y los condicionantes que afectaron su evolución durante los últimos años, y los costos para el erario nacional emergentes de su aplicación.
