Abstract

Presenta una vision general de la situacion de la mujer en Jamaica, sus derechos legales, su situacion en la estructura demografica, y situacion con respecto a su participacion en la fuerza laboral. Describe el rango de los servicios sociales que se proporcionan a traves del presupuesto nacional y analiza el status de las mujeres como beneficiarias de estos servicios.
