Propuestas de principios y elementos del acuerdo o contrato sobre trabajo del hogar en México

Abstract

¿Es posible incidir en las precarias condiciones en que se desarrolla el trabajo del hogar en México? ¿Qué acciones concretas podrían emprenderse desde el ámbito público y privado? ¿Qué oportunidades trae consigo la firma de un contrato entre las personas empleadoras y trabajadoras? ¿Cuáles son sus elementos básicos? Tales cuestionamientos forman parte de lo que se la presente investigación intenta resolver a través de un análisis con enfoque de derechos y lenguaje ciudadano. Se proponen cuatro principios para abordar las problemáticas más acuciantes que viven las trabajadoras del hogar, los instrumentos jurídicos que existen para combatirlas y las sugerencias concretas y transformadoras que facilitarían su acceso a mejores condiciones de vida.
