Abstract

Divulga y aclara los principales aspectos del Código de Conducta de las Conferencias Marítimas y pone de relieve la importancia que éste puede tener como instrumento de desarrollo para los países de escasa actividad naviera, como es el caso de los centroamericanos. En anexo, incluye el texto de la Convención sobre un Código de Conducta.
