Abstract
En este documento se presentan estadísticas actualizadas a 2007 de la industria manufacturera y de la industria maquiladora de exportación de los países del Istmo Centroamericano. Los cuadros y los gráficos han sido elaborados por la Unidad de Comercio Internacional e Industria de la Sede Subregional en México de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL). La información se obtuvo de distintas fuentes, como las instituciones oficiales de cada uno de los países, organismos regionales como la Secretaría Permanente del Tratado de Integración Económica Centroamericana (SIECA) y el Consejo Monetario Centroamericano (CMCA), así como de bases de datos de la CEPAL (Anuario Estadístico, Banco de Datos de Comercio Exterior Latinoamericano, BADECEL, y el programa computacional Módulo para Analizar el Crecimiento del Comercio Internacional en su versión Plus, MAGIC Plus, por sus siglas en inglés, http//:www.cepal.org/magic). Esta publicación aparece en la página de Internet de la CEPAL. The charts and graphs have been elaborated by the Unit for International Trade and Industry of the Mexican Regional Headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). The information was obtained through varying sources, such as the official institutions in each of the countries, regional organizations such as the Permanent Secretariat of the treaty of Central American Integration System (SIECA) and the Monetary Council of Central America (CMCA), as well as the database elaborated by ECLAC ( statistical yearbook), the Database of the Latin-American Foreign Trade organization, BADECEL, as well as the computational Module for Analyzing the Growth of International Commerce el, MAGIC Plus, http//:www.cepal.org/magic).
