Abstract

Muestra la crítica situación por la que atraviesan los productos básicos producidos y exportados por la región, las perspectivas poco favorables que se proyectan para la mayoría de ellos en un futuro previsible, las negociaciones y acciones actuales, y los elementos de una nueva estrategia.
