Eliminando barreras: el financiamiento a las PYMES en América Latina

Abstract

La evolución de los sistemas de financiamiento a las pymes en la región es el tema de este documento que publica la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) con el apoyo de la Agencia Españolade Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID).El estudio se enfoca en la dinámica de las instituciones e instrumentos financieros en países como la Argentina, Colombia y México y destaca los principales cambios e iniciativas innovadoras que arrojan buenos resultados. Se incluye también un trabajo sobre la configuración del sistema financiero, donde se identifican espacios y propuestas de política orientados a mejorar el acceso de las pymes al crédito y al financiamiento.
