Abstract

Analiza las caracteristicas generales del puerto de Miragoane y algunos factores que se deben considerar al evaluar proyectos para generar nuevas actividades economicas en este. Presenta las ideas mas importantes como son la instalacion de un dique seco para la reparacion de barcos de transporte maritimo internacional y la utilizacion del excedente de mineral para la fabricacion de ferrocemento de uso en la construccion de barcos de cabotaje y construcciones civiles.
