Abstract

Analiza las reformas a las políticas sociales iniciadas en Chile a partir de 1975, caracterizadas por una mayor focalización de los programas específicos, y un aumento de la eficiencia del gasto social a través de la descentralización y de la incorporación del sector privado en el financiamiento de dichas políticas
