Abstract

Convenio celebrado el 16 de febrero de 1953, entre el Gobierno de Chile y la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), para regular en el país las condiciones de funcionamiento de la sede de dicha organización. Se aclaran aspectos como: inmunidad de jurisdicción, comunicaciones, facilidades financieras y cambiarias, Funcionarios de la CEPAL, personas que no son funcionarios de la CEPAL, definiciones, bienes de la CEPAL e impuestos, tránsito y permanencia, laissez-passer, disposiciones generales, acuerdos suplementarios y solución de controversias.
