Abstract

Resumen Este documento se ha concentrado en analizar el crecimiento de la industria que opera bajo el régimen de zonas francas de exportación; las características de la fuerza de trabajo que emplea; las demandas de capacitación y entrenamiento que genera; las respuestas del sistema de nacional formación y capacitación a las demandas; y las estrategias y acciones relacionadas con la preparación de la fuerza de trabajo implantadas por las propias empresas de esta rama de actividad. A partir de este examen, se emplean las conclusiones y sugerencias de políticas relacionadas con la capacitación y entrenamiento de la fuerza de trabajo que emplea esa industria.
